What do we do?
Our company offers affordable, digital emergency call solutions for senior citizens and smart radio location systems for different areas of application.
CoSi's own products are developed exclusively in Germany from the idea to series production. The assembly of our electronic components and the installation of our series products are also carried out exclusively in our own country. Each end device ordered from us is individually tested for function before delivery.
With a few exceptions, our customers are trading partners with their own end-customer sales and technical customer service. In addition, there are individual customers for whom we develop customised special solutions and products.
In order to be able to optimise our products even faster and more specifically to the requirements of our target group in the future, we would also like to serve individual regional care facilities in our region ourselves in the medium term. These will benefit from field test discounts for the initial use of new products, the fastest response times in the event of technical anomalies and comprehensive intensive product support. In return, CoSi benefits from a faster exchange of experience in the use of its own products.
In general, the permanent improvement of the quality and reliability of its own products and services is a top priority for Cosi. Coupled with easily accessible personal contacts in sales and support, we want to earn the trust placed in us by our customers anew every day.
We complement our products with selected compatible accessories from third-party suppliers. These are partly supplemented with our wireless components. This enables us to meet almost any customer requirement.
Our CLAS solution (CoSi Location & Altering System)
is the focus of our development activities. Here we integrate the latest radio-based and/or wired alarm technology, redundant digital transmission paths, remote-capable parameterisation and maintenance functions, as well as comprehensive analysis tools, to create an innovative, future-proof complete solution for a wide range of personal emergency call and location tasks.
Where no digital emergency call technology can or should be used by customers at present, CoSi offers various alternative emergency call products for communication via the analogue telephone network. Most of these products are compatible with the senior emergency call solution SeCom from the manufacturer Avaya.
