The Ergobell pear push switch is used in or at the bedside of persons in need of care to trigger an emergency call within a SeCom senior emergency call solution.

It is connected to an Ergoconnect via a 2.70 m long connection cable with a diode plug.

The pear push switch is easily visible at night via a location light. When an emergency call is triggered, its emergency call button flashes red. If a caregiver then sets their presence by latch or RFID tag, the flashing light changes to a steady red light, which goes out again after the alarm is reset.

The pear push switch is equipped with a groove on the back to accommodate the connection cable for easy fixing of the unit to the hand of the person in need of care. Various brackets for holding the pear push switch are available as an option.
