The SeCom Contacto is used to integrate peripheral messages (e.g. lift emergency call, door contacts, fire alarm systems, etc.) into the SeCom nurse call scenario.

For this purpose, Contacto is looped into the data connection between the telephone system and SeCom AVK.

The logging is carried out in conformity with the SeCom alarm management. Each unit monitors up to 16 inputs (selectable normally closed/ normally open or voltage controlled). When an input is activated, an alarm data record is sent to the AVK and handled there according to its alarm number (individually programmable). The unit has 5 status and 16 input LEDs for quick status checking on site.

If more than 16 inputs are required, up to approx. 5 Contacto can be connected in series for this purpose.
